Terms of Service

Last updated: April 4, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Token Meter ("Service"), operated by Yaw Labs LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Token Meter provides LLM API spend tracking, smart routing, rate limit management, and related tools via MCP servers, an API gateway, and a web dashboard. The Service is available in free and paid tiers.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tokenmeter.sh if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. API Keys and Provider Credentials

When using the Gateway tier, you may provide your LLM provider API keys. We transmit these keys to the respective providers to route your requests. We do not store your provider API keys beyond what is necessary to process requests.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid tiers are billed monthly via LemonSqueezy. Prices are listed at tokenmeter.sh/#pricing. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) reverse engineer the Service; (e) resell access to the Service without authorization.

7. Data and Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices as described therein.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yaw Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
